At Keypad Pro, we design and create innovative, high-quality iPad keyboards to enhance your iPad experience and boost productivity. We understand that purchasing online can come with some uncertainties, so we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to provide peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions outlined below, we can help process your return quickly and smoothly.

Returns Criteria:

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should remain intact and unaltered.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Keypad Pro's online store. For items bought from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered by Keypad Pro. Please ensure the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. We kindly ask that you provide us with the return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transport. Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

Refund Process:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 11 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Additionally, please be aware that a 35% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit (per unit). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit).

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. If an item appears used or cannot be restocked, we will contact you regarding your ineligible refund, exchange, or store credit request.

Order Modification / Cancellation Policy:

After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can’t always guarantee that changes can be made. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse. To avoid any issues, we recommend double-checking your order and shipping details before placing your order.
