Warranty

Keypad Pro warrants its products (collectively, the “Products”) against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship for a period of 365 days from the date of delivery. Keypad Pro does not warrant, and is not responsible for damages arising out of use of our products to your mobile phone, smart watch, AirPods, Macbook, or any other devices. Keypad Pro disclaims all responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by improper use of this product. This Limited Warranty will apply only to Products purchased from www.getkeypadpro.com Any disassembly or repair done by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.

What's Covered?

Keypad Pro 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty protects against defects in workmanship and materials for two years from the purchase date. Keypad Pro will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. This limited warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. Keypad Pro's liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Keypad Pro.


Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear of case use
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
  • Use of the case other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Case that has been modified or altered
  • Any case that is not manufactured by Keypad Pro (including, without limitation, any non-Keypad Pro product that is used in conjunction with the case)
  • Any case that is not purchased from a Keypad Pro authorized reseller

How can I file a warranty claim?

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at info@getkeypadpro.com and enter “warranty claim” in the subject line. Please include the following info in your email:

  • Photo of the damaged case showing the issue
  • Copy of your sales receipt or order number
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Shipping address for the replacement and phone number
Providing all of the information above will help to expedite the review of your claim. We will evaluate your claim (typically within 3-5 business days) to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement and will contact you via email regarding the status of the claim. Should the case need to be returned for inspection, Keypad Pro is not liable for cases that are damaged or lost in transit to Keypad Pro. Keypad Pro reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.

 


Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT, UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, WILL Keypad Pro, ITS DISTRIBUTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF Keypad Pro HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT Keypad Pro HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO CUSTOMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LAPTOPS, SMARTPHONES, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE FOREGOING DEVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT CUSTOMER MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Keypad Pro AND ANY OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS AND/OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR ANY PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. SOME STATES, PROVINCES, COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMER. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.


WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EACH PRODUCT IS PROVIDED SOLELY ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND Keypad Pro MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Keypad Pro SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT AS SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME STATES, PROVINCES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMER. IF APPLICABLE LAW SPECIFIES A MINIMUM WARRANTY PERIOD THAT IS LONGER THAN THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THEN THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO SUCH APPLICABLE LAW WILL BE CONFORMED TO THE MINIMUM PERIOD SO REQUIRED. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE AND FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
